Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home with Large Kitchen and Dining Room, Just Steps from the Beach.

Located on a peaceful block, in the heart of a warm Jewish community.

It's located Just 3-6 Blocks from all local Shuls including "Young Israel of Bal Harbour†, and The "Shul of Bal Harbour† which has a Mikvah and a few daily Minyanim, along the way you'll pass a Kosher Grocery, Bakery and plenty of Upscale Kosher Restaurants and Cafes. There is Eruv around the entire community.

Home is equipped with 2 Kosher Ovens, Granite counters, Milchig (Cholov Yisroel) & Fleishig dishes, cutlery, serving dishes, utensils, pots and pans for both Milk & Dairy. The laundry room is right off the kitchen area. The linen closet has an abundance of towels and additional linen.

Everything you need for Shabbos/Yom Tov is ready to go. Such as, Becher (Kiddush Cup), Leichter (Candle Sticks), Besomim & Havdalah Candle. Tablecloths & Benchers.

There are 3 Bedrooms, with a total of 7 Beds and 3 Baby Cribs.

1st Bedroom: Two Full size beds, Playpen and a Bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: Two Full Size beds & Baby Crib.

3rd Bedroom: Three Twin Size beds & One Toddler Crib/bed.

Will have passes/access to Beautiful recently constructed multimillion dollar community center, 3 minute Walk, where they have Olympic Size swimming pool with lap lanes, plunge pool and large water slide, children's activity pool with lots of slides and fun games and fountains, and Jacuzzi. The facility is equipped with very nice shower and changing room, bathrooms, multiple lifeguards a first aid station and beach access. Lounge and Beach chairs surround the pool and are available for the Beach.
