The Condominium is on the top floor of a four building complex with parking, an excercise Room, an outdoor heated pool, and a central clubhouse. It is directly accross the street from the ocean. The apartment faces the city park with a veiw of the ocean from the outside terrace. The Condo comfortably sleeps 4 people. The Kitchen is equipped with dishwaher, oven stove, microwave, refrigerator freezer and stocked with glasses, dishware, utensels, and bedware. The Condobuilding has two elevators and the unit is next to a staircase that winds down to the ocean access directly accross from the Aquila Resort Hotel and Spa. The Condo Complex is adjcent to Chabab of Sunny Isles as well as Young Israel of Sunny Isles, both within a five minute walk. Mozart Cafe and Grill probably the best Kosher Restaurant in Miami is within a 10 minute walk. The kitchen has been owned and exclusively used by an Orthodox Jewish family since 1998.
