private estate for yourself! This gorgeous 20 bed gem is sure to have you
enjoying your escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The expansive park-like grounds are chock full of high-end features, starting
with its own, seasonal in-ground pool, patio-paved pathways, outdoor
pergola-covered grill ,enclosed lawns, riding toys bikes and volley ball
court!

Indoors, a plethora of play and lounge areas await, with an outfitted game
room that includes air hockey, ping pong and a sofa that opens to a full
size bed.

Enter after walking up wide steps into a nice-sized foyer. There are two
coat closets to store your bags and luggage, boots, and jackets.
Immediately to your left is the large dining room, with a Large oversized
modern dining table with 20 matching dining chairs. A sideboard, will
hold candlesticks, a buffet lunch, and any other knickknacks you bring
along. The closet in this room has board games. With windows overlooking
three exposures, this room is bright and airy and will provide hours of
family enjoyment.

A modern and beautifully decorated kitchen is immediately behind the dining
room. Large and airy with mahogany-colored cabinetry, it offers a 5 gas
burner stove/ovens, dishwasher, a microwave and a French-door refrigerator,
all-matte stainless-steel in color. Granite countertops all along the
kitchen surfaces, including an extended countertop that serves as a
breakfast barstool area, provide plenty of space for everyone to share in
all stages of the meal preparation. views out the bay windows offers more
overlooks the wooded side lawn as well as the private yard and pool in the
rear of the property.

A living area on this floor has a huge oversized wall to wall sofa and 2
swinging egg chairs along with a work desk, serving as a mini-office
simultaneously.

A large bedroom with two full size beds and a fireplace located on this
ground level, along with a half bath, perfect for guests who prefer sleeping
accommodations that do not require climbing stairs.

There are five bedrooms on the second level of the resort.

On one side is the master suite with a large walk-in closet, the master
bedroom has an attached suite with a fireplace as well.

Another bedroom off the playroom has an attached bathroom.
