This spacious, multi-level townhouse is roomy enough for your immediate family, as well as a few guests you may want to invite along.
The foyer has a well-placed coat closet as well as a half-bath/powder room, both close to the front door, for your convenience.
Immediately to the left of the foyer is a large living/dining room area with a crystal chandelier, grand dining table and regally upholstered seating for up to ten guests. Shabbos meals will be elevated to a whole new level! A corner sideboard has been set up with candlesticks in advance of your arrival. The leather wraparound L-shaped couch nearby allows the younger children to leave the table and read books or play quiet games, within earshot of the zemiros and divrei torah.
The roomy eat-in kitchen is filled with natural light, pouring in from windows overlooking the backyard, as well as sliding glass doors that lead to the patio deck. A generous counter is flanked by two sinks, separate gas-burner cooktops, and ovens for both milchig and fleishig. The refrigerator and pantry make meal preparation easy on whoever is in charge of cooking meals from scratch or reheating take-out.
A convenient dinette table with six sumptuous tall leather chairs makes even weekday mealtime enjoyable, and a high chair is provided for the little one.
Immediately to the left of the kitchen, is the den. An ample couch provides comfortable seating, and a closet is filled to the brim with games, toys, and books. A favorite room to relax in for kids and adults!
The backyard is wide and deep has is lots of space: a wide lawn, a deck with zero-gravity chairs, and just the perfect way for adults and children to enjoy long Shabbos afternoons outdoors.
The upper level features five large bedrooms. Three are located towards the back of the home, and each has a set of twin-size beds with individual color schemes reflected both in the choice of linen as well as the matching artwork on the walls.
A full bathroom with tub and shower is well-situated for the occupants of these rooms.
Towards the front of the upper level are two more bedrooms. One has two twin beds and the master bedroom has full-size beds and its own en-suite, private full bathroom.
A brand new study / den is located on the ground floor study, which will make The Windsor Court even more perfect for a family getaway, even when work must be brought along or to just hide away in privacy with your favorite seforim or books.
