Known for his very friendly disposition & sense of humor, make sure you grab a chat with him!

Avrumi Flam
Avrumi has been involved in the travel industry for 12 years. His reputation as "The Host's Host" is known worldwide from his thousands of customers who are proud to call him his friend. Whether on the phone or in person you will quickly pick up on his soft, sweet, sincere disposition. His calm, cool, clear demeanor is a major asset to our program as he will make everyone feel so at home. A renowned singer in his own right, make sure not to miss his Kumzitz as it will no doubt be very special.

Ari Flores
Ari is PFR`s "Renaissance Man". A well schooled economist, his experience the past 30 years includes but not limited to; Restaurateur, Property Manager at Reunion Resorts & many others, Property Contractor & Developer, Orlando Staffing company owner, arranges upscale Programs year `round for Orlando visitors. A real go getter, he`ll be quite accessible to you all hours as he "never" sleeps!

Chesky Zeiger
Chesky has many years of experience in Management including the Logistics Manager at a major Kosher Supermarket facility. Never afraid to get his hands dirty, Chesky has been known to jump into any situation & get the job done. His work ethic & meticulous methods will ensure a smooth process for all of our catering logistical details.

Jeff Tokayer
Jeff is a "pioneer" as he has 15 years experience in the Orlando Pesach home industry. A very service oriented person by nature, he will always be available for you to ensure you have your best Pesach experience ever. As a Florida native he`s been to Orlando literally over "100 times" & will be an invaluable source with all your "Off property" needs as well.

Kashrut & dining

For Breakfast, there will be an assortment of cheeses, spreads, yogurts, muffins, milk juice and eggs. On Chol Hamoed we will be providing boxed lunches.

All paper goods will be provided.

For the Seder, we provide all items for the Seder plate, Hand Shmurah Matzah (machine matzah for the rest of Yom Tov), wine and grape juice.

All homes will include: milk, soda, water, sugar (and substitutes), salt/pepper, coffee, tea, honey, lemon juice and small packet items. You will also be receiving fruits, vegetables, butter, margarine, assorted nosh and basic condiments.
