Located next to the traditional fishing village of Agia Pelagia, Out of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort is a unique hotel complex spread across an entire private peninsula and surrounded by magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Combining the services and facilities of a 5-star wellness resort with the unspoiled nature of Greek islands, the resort offers the perfect environment to focus on the spirituality of the Passover holiday. 

Dispersed throughout the stunning botanical gardens is a choice of three collections, each with its own concept and design, ranging from a modern-art inspired boutique hotel, bungalow style accommodation, all-suite hotel, maisonettes and villas with private pools.

Facilities

There are several award winning multi-cuisine restaurants including the Apleton Kosher Restaurant, the newest addition to the resort’s range of restaurants, which prepares delightful flavours based on certified kosher ingredients.
The resort has a private beach where the water sports centre is located, offering activities such as water skiing, flyboard, a PADI scuba-diving centre, floating water games, and many more. Seven pools are spread across the resort, including the Kids’ Paradise waterland with pools, waterslides, spraygrounds and giant bright red mushroom fountains.

The “Everlasting Euphoria” concept

The resort proposes a holistic medical & wellness concept for guests interested in enriching their holidays with a touch of wellness. An experienced in-house professional team and doctors offers safe, non-intrusive and innovative programs, treatments and techniques using state-of-the-art medical equipment with the goal of elevating mind and body. Locations include the Euphoria Rejuvenating Spa, the Fit4Life fitness centre, and the Kinesis personal training studio. 
 

Our Nutrition and wellness treatment programs such as the award winning Detox5+TM or the nutritional program for kids and adolescents are designed and monitored by our in-house clinical nutritionist and dermatologist. We provide non invasive anti-ageing treatments with the latest for 2018 equipment: the Hironic Doublo S is a complete solution for face lifting & body Contouring, while Verju by Erchonia is a body contouring laser that provides fast and painless results. MiCool by Hironic provides non-invasive fat reduction treatments using Cryolipolysis, and Aquaglo by Sykor is an abrasion-free exfoliation and deep pore cleansing therapy. 

Yoga programs combine the yoga philosophy with organic nutrition and spa treatments. The yoga sessions are set on an open-air, shaded deck in a tranquil garden overlooking the Aegean, adding to the serenity of the yoga experience.

This strictly Kosher restaurant is a place of enjoyment for our kosher-keeping guests, serving delightful flavours that are prepared with quality products provided by certified kosher distributors.
