We intend to serve you a maximum of authentic and fresh products (vegetables, fruit, fish"¦) according to the daily local arrivals. Cooked products preserving their natural, without fat or useless cooking oil, just the delicacy of olive oil, a privilege of the Mediterranean countries. Glatt Kosher premium quality meat, conceived and prepared on site in kitchens with a high sanitary level, under supervision of the Mashgihim of Rabbi Belinow.

Independent Halavi and Bassari kitchen without kitniyos, each one with its own restaurant, and parve pastry. (Guests who leave the hotel for sightseeing and trips will be given pack lunches to go).

To make you appreciate the ancestral dishes of the Ashkenazi and Sephardi Jewish cuisine, let you discover new recipes developed by famous international chefs, allying originality of presentations and tastes.

A gastronomical journey that invites you to taste different dishes for each meal. From breakfast to dinner, our chefs will spoil you with finest food, influenced by Mediterranean and international cuisine.

In addition, as the marriage between food and wine is not some little thing, we shall titillate your taste buds with vintage wines, and that will make each meal an unforgettable moment.

For each Seder meal we offer you 3 options:

1- Join the communal Seder lead by one of our `hazanim

2- Having your own family Seder in a private lounge

3- Having the meal delivered in your apartment at the residence
 

Religious life & Shabbat

In both synagogues, our `hazanim will entertain you with the tunes of the Ashkenazi and Sephardi liturgies.

Lectures and Shiurim will be lead either in English, French or Hebrew by Rabbi Eytan Fiszon, Torah scholar and his wife.

Chazanim: Eytan Fyson, Rahamim Azoulay, Chimchone Zerbib.

The indoor swimming pool will have men and women separate opening hours

For Shabbat convenience, an eruv will enclose the whole complex.

On holiday parents wish to rest and relax, children like to play and express themselves in games and sports activities. That is why they will have the opportunity to take their meals in their own restaurant, open on suitable hours, with special kids menus.

Kids-club for 3 to 16 year-olds will be organised by qualified instructors within the sports hall
