Kashrut & dining
The catering will be strictly Glatt Kosher Laméhadrine and under the control of the Beth-Din de Paris with and without kitniot (two separate kitchens as well as two restaurants). A Rabbi and a team of Chomerim will be present throughout the stay.
The Chef of the hotel and his brigade will be especially dedicated to the Passover festivities. He will know how to delight you thanks to the quality and workmanship of his dishes. The catering will brighten up your stay and will necessarily live up to your ambitions, all while respecting our traditions.
