About this listing

Seacoast Suites offers a unique approach to the Pesach holiday, combining the luxury of a beachfront resort with the privacy of a personal residence. Located in the heart of Miami Beach, this program is designed for travelers who prefer the autonomy of a condo stay without sacrificing the professional amenities of a high-end holiday program. Produced by Premier Pesach, the experience draws on over 60 years of hospitality expertise to provide a safe and relaxing environment.

Guests benefit from spacious accommodations ranging from 1,400 to 1,850 square feet, ensuring ample room for families to celebrate together. By prioritizing private dining and curated service, this program allows visitors to enjoy their Seder and holiday meals at their own pace, right by the Atlantic Ocean.

About the area

Situated on the iconic Collins Avenue in Miami-Dade County, Seacoast Suites occupies a prime stretch of "Millionaire's Row." This location places guests directly on the beach while keeping them connected to the essential services of the Miami Beach Jewish community. The property is positioned between the bustling South Beach district and the quieter residential areas of North Beach.

The geography of the area is particularly advantageous for those observing the holiday, as the hotel sits within the Miami Beach Eruv. This provides greater mobility for families with young children during Shabbat and Yom Tov. Its central location also ensures easy transfers from both Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

Nearby Jewish landmarks

Miami Beach is well-known for its vibrant Jewish infrastructure, making it a seamless destination for observant travelers. The area is home to numerous synagogues across various denominations, including several well-established Orthodox congregations such as Beth Israel and Young Israel of Miami Beach.

For those interested in local history and culture, the Holocaust Memorial of Miami Beach on Meridian Avenue is a significant landmark nearby. The neighborhood also offers convenient access to the Miami Beach Boardwalk, providing miles of scenic pathways for walking or jogging. Additionally, visitors are within reach of the many kosher restaurants and markets located along the 41st Street corridor (Arthur Godfrey Road), which serves as a central hub for the local Jewish community.

What to expect

Visitors can expect a professionally managed culinary program led by Master Chef David Solomon. The dining structure is specifically designed to avoid crowds; while breakfast and Chol HaMoed lunches are enjoyed in an outdoor buffet setting, Yom Tov and Shabbat meals are delivered to your door. This "heat and eat" model ensures a personal and intimate Seder experience within the comfort of your own suite.

The culinary team emphasizes freshness and quality, utilizing dedicated on-site kitchens to prepare all meals. Beyond the dining, the resort experience includes access to a full gym, an outdoor pool, and the beach. For spiritual engagement, the program hosts an outdoor Shul and features Rabbi Mordechai Shiffman as the Rabbi and Scholar In Residence, offering insights and guidance throughout the duration of the holiday.
