About this listing

Experience a sophisticated Pesach 2024 at The Ibiza Twiins, a contemporary 4-star resort situated on the iconic shores of Playa d'en Bossa. For over five years, the #PESSAHIBIZA program has hosted guests in Ibiza, combining modern hospitality with the traditions of Passover. This beachfront destination offers an "All Inclusive" formula, ensuring that every detail of the holiday—from festive meals to daily spiritual needs—is meticulously managed in a luxury setting.

The resort itself is a study in modern design, featuring updated rooms and two seafront swimming pools. Managed by Atypical Festivals under the guidance of Michel Chemouny and his team, the program provides a seamless blend of relaxation and religious observance. Whether you are traveling as a couple or with an extended family, the facility is equipped with dedicated amenities, including family rooms and accessible features for guests with disabilities.

About the area

Located in Eivissa (Ibiza Town) within the Balearic Islands, The Ibiza Twiins occupies a prime position on Playa d'en Bossa, the island's longest beach. While Ibiza is historically celebrated for its vibrant nightlife, this specific location offers a tranquil beachfront atmosphere suitable for a religious retreat. The area is well-connected to the airport and the ferry terminal, making it accessible for international travelers arriving for the holiday.

Ibiza has a small but welcoming Jewish presence. For travelers seeking communal connection beyond the hotel, the Jewish Community of Ibiza and Formentera serves as a focal point for Jewish residents on the island. While the hotel program is entirely self-contained with its own prayer services and kosher dining, the surrounding city of Eivissa offers a rich backdrop of Phoenician and Roman history for those interested in exploring the local heritage during the intermediate days of the festival.

Nearby Jewish landmarks

Staying at this beachfront resort provides easy access to the scenic and historic highlights of Ibiza. Guests can explore the nearby Dalt Vila, Ibiza's old town and a UNESCO World Heritage site, which features ancient fortifications and cobblestone streets. While Ibiza is not a traditional Jewish center like mainland Spain, the historic quarter offers a glimpse into the diverse cultural heritage of the island.

Playa d'en Bossa Beach: A long stretch of white sand right at the hotel's doorstep, ideal for afternoon walks during Chol HaMoed.

Ibiza Old Town (Dalt Vila): Approximately a 10-minute drive away, offering historical architecture and panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

Ses Salines Natural Park: A short distance away, famous for its salt flats and migratory birds, providing a peaceful natural escape.

Formentera Ferry: The nearby port offers quick access to the neighboring island for those seeking a quiet day trip.

What to expect

Guests can expect a high standard of kosher gastronomy throughout their stay. The culinary offerings, supervised by the Beth-Din de Paris, include both Kitniot and Non-Kitniot options, acknowledging the diverse traditions of the Jewish community. Meals are served in a spacious, elegant restaurant that opens onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The menu emphasizes French-inspired gastronomy and traditional Passover favorites, prepared by professional chefs and pastry chefs.

Religious life is a core component of the stay. The daily schedule includes Shiurim (lectures), Uffizi, and organized services for Kiddush Shabbat and Yom Tov. Beyond the dining room, the "All Inclusive" experience extends to a continuous open bar available from morning until midnight. For families, the program is designed to be inclusive, offering specialized meals for children and infants to ensure the youngest guests are well-catered to during the festive period.
