The Nir Etzion resort is located on Mount Carmel at an altitude of 234 meters, and is part of the Nir Etzion religious settlement. It offers panoramic views and features a glass-roofed swimming pool, gym and sauna.

The rooms are air conditioned and include a TV, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. All have a private bathroom, and most have a view of the garden.

An Israeli breakfast buffet is available every morning. There is a cafeteria on site, as well as a beauty treatment center and a children's playroom. The hotel restaurant serves strictly kosher food.

The hotel offers year-round Glatt LeMehadrin Kashrus under Rav Moshe Nachshoni and Rabbi Ronen Lubitch.  All meat and chicken is either Badatz Eida Chareidis or Rav Landau).  At Pesach, food is non-gebrochts, non-kitniyos with Shmurah Matzah.  This very high level of Kashrus allows us to host prominent Rabbonim over the years, including Rabbi Zev Leff, Rabbi Dr. Abraham Twerski z"l, and many more. 

As in any holiday hotel for those who observe Mitzvot, even on Shabbats and holidays a very special atmosphere prevails in the hotel, while observing Shabbat strictly.

The hotel has 142 guest rooms.  Some rooms are in the main hotel building, others are garden rooms located on the hotel grounds/campus a few minutes walk from the main building.
