Hosted by Sivan Tours, this program brings a high standard of Jewish travel to a recently reimagined 200-acre coastal estate. Following a comprehensive $50 million renovation, the resort combines modern luxury with the scenic charm of Florida's Treasure Coast. Guests can enjoy a refined holiday atmosphere that balances spiritual growth through scholarly lectures with diverse physical recreation, all within a pristine shoreline setting.

This destination is designed for families and individuals looking for a comprehensive Pesach experience. With its expansive grounds, private beach access, and state-of-the-art facilities, the resort provides a secluded environment where guests can focus on the holiday while enjoying the amenities of a world-class vacation spot. From the lush landscapes to the redesigned guest suites, every aspect of the property has been curated to facilitate a comfortable and memorable stay.

About the area

Located on Hutchinson Island in Martin County, the resort is situated on a barrier island known for its quiet beaches and natural beauty. This location offers a distinct alternative to the bustling tourist hubs of Miami or Fort Lauderdale, providing a more relaxed and private setting for a kosher program. The property serves as a self-contained oasis, featuring a private marina and direct access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon.

While this region of Florida is generally more residential, the Sivan Tours program ensures all religious infrastructure is brought on-site. The resort's 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space allows for dedicated prayer areas and lecture halls. For those arriving from out of state, the resort is accessible via Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), which is roughly a 45-to-60-minute drive south, making it a convenient destination for travelers from across the United States and Canada.

Nearby Jewish landmarks

Martin County provides a tranquil backdrop for a luxury Jewish retreat. The resort itself is sprawled across 200 acres of shoreline, offering direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby, guests can explore the Elliott Museum or the House of Refuge at Gilbert's Bar, which are historic landmarks in the region. For those who enjoy the outdoors beyond the golf course, the Indian River Lagoon offers opportunities for boating and environmental exploration.

While the resort is a self-contained destination for the holiday, the surrounding Treasure Coast is known for its quiet, upscale atmosphere. The area lacks the high-density congestion often found in southern Florida, making it an ideal choice for families seeking a peaceful Yom Tov environment. The private marina on-site also provides a gateway for deep-sea fishing or relaxed afternoon walks along the docks.

What to expect

Guests attending the Sivan Tours Passover program can expect a structured yet flexible schedule designed to cater to a diverse Jewish audience. Religious life is central to the program, featuring both Sephardic and Ashkenazic Minyanim, alongside a series of engaging shiurim and lectures. For families, the resort provides separate swimming sessions, ensuring that all guests can enjoy the three on-site pools while maintaining religious standards of modesty.

Dining is a highlight of the experience, with the program utilizing a modern ballroom for Shabbat and Yom Tov meals. During the week, the Latitude Tiki Meat Bar offers poolside lunch options, while the Baha Lounge provides dairy selections. Beyond the kitchen, the resort’s leisure activities are extensive. Sports enthusiasts can utilize the 18-hole golf course, six pickleball courts, and six tennis courts. Families will appreciate the bowling alleys and the dedicated kids' club, which ensures that children are entertained with age-appropriate programming while adults participate in the holiday's spiritual and intellectual offerings.
