We are under the hashgachah of Rabbi Moshe Rubinand will have a team of mashgichim on site under his auspices. The entire hotel will be kosher for Pesach.

We have an excellent selection of alcohol included in the program with both wines and spirits. Plentiful gourmet meals with a fine selection of the highest quality British meat and fish.

Chef Nick bring years of culinary expertise to us. He grew up in Glasgow's Jewish neighbourhood and was Executive Chef of some of the city's most vibrant restaurants before becoming Kosher Scotland's
full time Head Chef. Chef Nick's innovative menus blend Scottish flavours with kosher tradition, creating what will be an unforgettable Passover dining experience. The catering team he leads will ensure
every meal on the programme is crafted to perfection!
