Meet the Chefs

Meat Chef- Chef Tzvi Rudin

Chef Tzvi Rudin has been cooking for over two decades. Formally trained at the Jerusalem Kosher Culinary Academy in Israel, he has cooked for Pesach for many years, both as a private chef and for large upscale Pesach programs. He currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife and five boys. In his spare time, Tzvi volunteers for Hatzolah and Chaveirim.

Dairy Chef-Chef David Ben-Hamu

Born and raised in Netivot, Israel, Chef David Ben-Hamu's culinary roots trace back to his grandmother's kitchen, where she cooked for a very large household. Formally trained but career-built on experience, Chef David is well versed in American classics, Israeli cuisine, Chinese, Indian, and Mexican/Spanish fare. At our program he will be preparing an array of fish, Pesach pasta, vegetables, and a huge oversized salad bar. Known for running a tight ship, with a sense of humor that keeps the whole kitchen team at its best.

24-Hour Tea Room

The tea room never closes. Day or night, guests can help themselves to an ever-replenished spread of fresh fruit, candies, snacks, coffee, cold drinks, cakes, pastries and so much more.

The fun doesn't stop after the entertainment. Each night we treat our guests to a different late-night buffet experience. One evening it's an elegant Viennese dessert table, another night a full BBQ carving station with racks of ribs, whole turkey, and leg of lamb, and yet another night an ice cream party with every topping imaginable.

In addition to our wines, we will also be fully stocked with Kasher L'Pesach schnapps, including a variety of liqueurs, cognac, brandy and vodka.
