For Pesach 2027, all five buildings across Hotel Effie, The Grand, and Le Jardin are reserved exclusively for Guettaways guests, within a full Eruv, so families can stay side-by-side throughout the holiday.

Before Bordeaux became a name synonymous with Pesach excellence, Shai and Miriam Guetta were restaurateurs with a passion for great food and genuine hospitality. For over two decades, they've built memorable dining experiences rooted in warmth and care, and now bring that legacy to Florida's Emerald Coast with Guettaways.
