Celebrate Passover 2027 on the beautiful coast of southern Italy with Rimon Club, in collaboration with Vered Holidays, at the Vivosa Apulia Resort in Salento, Puglia.

20–30 April 2027, with an optional extension through 2 May for the Shabbat following Pesach. Family-friendly program with a private beach, extensive resort facilities, kosher dining, daily minyanim, kids’ programming, entertainment and activities for all ages.

Private Seder arrangements are available on request for an additional charge. Optional Chol Hamoed excursions are available at an additional cost.

About the provider

For Passover 2027, Rimon Club is collaborating with Vered Holidays to deliver a fully integrated Pesach experience combining resort accommodations, kosher-for-Passover dining, religious services, children’s programming, entertainment, and leisure facilities in southern Italy.

Rooms & accommodation

The resort features 333 newly renovated rooms. Facilities include a private beach, three outdoor swimming pools, a semi-indoor pool, heated swimming pools, two padel courts, two tennis courts, soccer, a fully equipped gym, spa, theater, adventure park, natural park and pine grove, and extensive outdoor areas.

Kashrut & dining

Kosher-for-Passover cuisine throughout the program, with show cooking, barbecues and other special dining experiences.

Kashrut supervision: To be confirmed by the operator (TBA). Private Seder arrangements are available on request for an additional charge.

Religious life & Shabbat

Daily minyanim in both Ashkenaz and Sephardi formats. Shiurim and lectures will be offered on Shabbat and Yom Tov.

Details about the rabbinic team, speakers and scholars-in-residence are to be announced (TBA).

Activities & entertainment

Entertainment is planned/expected to include live music shows, chazanut, bingo nights, DJ and dancing, evening shows, and performances by local Italian artists.

An open bar will also be available during the program.

For children & families

Dedicated Kids Club daily from 10:00–18:00, with Talmud Torah, sports and games, kids’ pools, entertainment, resort adventure park activities and age-appropriate activities throughout the day. Babysitting is available on request for an additional charge.
