Food preparation is independently managed, with dedicated Chabad mashgichim overseeing the Kashrus process. From ingredient sourcing and preparation to the final presentation, our commitment is to rigorous Kashrus standards without compromising on flavour, freshness or hospitality.

Our culinary program follows strict Chabad Kosher L'Pesach Mehadrin standards:

• Glatt Kosher Meat: Premium kosher-certified meat imported from Argentina.

• Cholov Yisroel: Exclusively Cholov Yisroel dairy products.

• Strictly Non-Gebrokts: No matzah or matzah meal mixed with liquids in food preparation.

• No Kitniyot: In accordance with traditional Ashkenazi and Chabad Pesach standards.

• Hand-Made Shmura Matzah: Generous quantities of imported, traditionally hand-made Shmura Matzah, produced under stringent kosher supervision and provided throughout Pesach.

• Dedicated Chabad Mashgichim: Kashrus supervision of ingredient sourcing, preparation and food handling.
