About
Kosher by Malka — Pesach 2027, Barú, Colombia. Exclusive. Boutique. Bespoke.
Set on a private stretch of coastline in Barú, Colombia, this year's program is our most refined yet — an intimate gathering capped at 500 guests, hosted at an exquisite, exclusive property from April 20 – May 2, 2027.
Every detail has been curated for guests who want a Pesach experience that feels less like a program and more like a private retreat.
Our culinary program is led by Chef Meir Adoni, commanding a 25-chef brigade brought in from Israel, with a pastry team drawn from Kempinski, Ritz-Carlton, and St. Regis.
Days unfold lounging on the beach, or choose to go on day excursions to Cartagena's historic old city, the Rosario Islands, and a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course at Karibana; evenings bring wine hour, cocktail hour, a cigar lounge, casino night, and midnight beach parties under the stars.
Accommodations range from Signature Kings and Junior Suites to a collection of ocean-view Suites and Penthouses, with a small number of Family Suites available for those who want extra space.
Children are just as looked after as the adults — with a dedicated Sports Camp, Kids Camp, and Baby Camp running daily from 9am to 5pm, led by an experienced daycamp team.
