This exposure became the catalyst for opening Burnt Offerings restaurant where Alexandra now could showcase her unique menu and her drive to elevate Kosher certified Yiddish cuisine to the next level.
"Managing a household and a successful Kosher restaurant at the same time has its challenges" readily admits Alexandra.Most evenings you will find Alexandra greeting & socializing with her guests at the restaurant. When Alexandra is not at the restaurant, she likes to spend her "spare" time at home with her husband and two children.
