Kashrut & dining The RCF is a local Hashgacha which supervises all Mehadrin Kosher food establishments in the greater Orlando area. The RCF's highly experienced Rabbinical authorities have been representing many internationally and nationally acclaimed Hashgachos, here in Central Florida, for over 30 years. The RCF's standards are up to par with national Kashrus standards. It is a nationally recognized Hashgacha and it's endorsed by the CRC Chicago. We have a full-time Mashgiach onsite during all hours of operation, to ensure the highest level of kashrus possible. All meat is Glatt Kosher and Chassidishe Shechita. All fish is certified Mashgiach Temidi. All bread is Pas Yisroel. All leafy greens, herbs and vegetables are washed and checked via the most proven Shmata method.
