Hi, I'm Moshe. I've been in the food industry for 20 years and have my culinary diploma from Liaison Culinary College. I'm also the Vice President of the Toronto chapter of the World Federation of Chefs Society. In addition to cooking I like woodworking, biking, and tennis. I cater all life cycle events like weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, or just your weekly Shabbat dinner.​ I adhere to the strict laws of kashrut in my kitchen to ensure all events are up to your kosher standards.
