Israel is a small country just a bit larger than the State of New Jersey with an unbelievably vas topography featuring the world’s most saline body of water, the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth, rocky desert mountains and unique craters, contrasted with  sandy beaches, rocky reefs and grottos along the coast.  Pine forest and olive groves cover the Jerusalem hills  and cherries and apples grow on the volcanic basalt fields in the Golan Heights. Breathtaking views almost everywhere you go.

You can resort and scuba dive in Eilat;  wine and dine in Tel Aviv the city that never sleeps,  shop at the colorful shuk markets, enjoy culinary experiences of various cultures or hike in the desert.  On the next day, you may wish to explore the archeology in Caesarea, or Masada or lean the great history through the unique museum exhibits or hi-tech multimedia productions.
