Kosher Scotland is dedicated to providing the highest quality food while adhering stringently to Jewish law.
We are under the strict supervision of Rabbi Moshe M. Rubin Chief Rabbi of Scotland and only use glatt kosher meat.
In addition, when requested we can implement more stringent kashrut requirements so that you feel 100% comfortable with the kashrut of your food. We are happy to work with outside mashgichim or implement some additional stringencies in order to make sure everything is up to your standards.
