Founded by Rabbi Yaakov and Mushkee Raskin in 2014, Chabad of Jamaica brought a permanent Chabad presence back to the island after decades of visiting rabbis. Our primary Welcome Center & Kosher Hot Spot is located at Shop 1, Shops at Bay Harbour, 1-3 Gloucester Avenue (the "Hip Strip"), Montego Bay. This is directly across from Margaritaville and within walking distance of many major hotels like the S Hotel and Royal Decameron. For Shabbat and Holiday services, we meet at our main center located at 35 Springfarm Drive, Rose Hall, which is easily accessible via a 10-minute taxi or shuttle from the Rose Hall resort area (near the Half Moon and Hilton).
