Lavish Breakfast buffets, consisting of your choice of cereals, breads, spreads, yoghurts, breakfast pastries, chefs' cheese platter, fresh fruit, and of course, eggs and grilled vegetables made to order!
Gourmet Soups
Chef Tondi's famous 3 mushroom soup
Classic borscht topped with whipped cream
Carrot and parsnip soup
Sample Mains
Succulent lamb chops, grilled to perfection, served with a sweet potato cone, topped with chef's fresh baby marrows
Fillet of hake, flame-grilled to perfection, served with parsnip puree and chef's selection of fresh grilled vegetables
350g aged scotch fillet, served straight off the fire to preference, accompanied by a selection of seasonal vegetables and chef's signature raspberry sauce
Signature desserts:
Chef Frans' decadent double chocolate mousse /freshly baked sticky date pudding, topped with delicious strawberries and cream.
Chef Allan's signature chocolate spring roll deep-fried and served in an elegant white wine sauce

Getting there
This tour begins and ends in Buenos Aires. Please arrive the day before the trip commences and leave the evening of the last day. Local flights will be booked by us as a group and added to your first payment.
