Grace Mizrachi, our Head of Culinary Operations, is a professional chef who has years of experience catering to religious Jews in New York and Israel.

Our kashrut abides by the shulhan aruch/rama and is mehadrin/glatt using ingredient lists approved by religious Jewish authorities in the country.  


In addition, when requested we can implement more stringent kashrut requirements so that you feel 100% comfortable with the kashrut of your food. We are happy to work with outside mashgichim or implement some additional stringencies in order to make sure everything is up to your standards.
