For hotel pickup, your private guide and driver will meet you in the main lobby or outside the main entrance of your accommodation.
For cruise passengers, the guide and driver will meet you directly at the exit gates of the Casablanca Cruise Port terminal.
Provide your hotel name or cruise-ship details at least 24 hours before departure. Cruise passengers should also provide the ship’s arrival time, all-aboard time, the lead traveler’s full name and a reachable mobile or WhatsApp number.
The published operating time is 9:00 a.m., although the final pickup time should be confirmed directly with the operator. At the end of the experience, you will be returned to the original hotel or cruise-port pickup location.
