The party boutique began when founder AVI ELIK was looking for unique balloons to decorate for a big event hosted by his family member. He couldnt find the exact arrangement and products he had in mind, so he rented a helium tank , purchased balloons and set out to create one of a kind decoration pieces for the event. The baloon decorations ended up being one of the highlights of the evening, and the Party Boutique balloons was born!!!
