What makes a Lilac & Crème New York-style cheesecake so irresistible? For starters, we
use a base of real cream cheese, plus heavy cream and/or sour cream. Our classic New York cheesecake is rich and dense with a smooth and creamy consistency that sets the benchmark for what (we think) a New York-style cheesecake should be!
For a little something outside the box, try our cult-favorite Caramel Rosette Cheesecake. Caramel and cheesecake are a match made in heaven (trust us, you will know when you try this cheesecake). But we don’t stop at that.
