Looking for a renter for the months of July and August
Enjoy our renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kosher townhouse in bustling Crown Heights, Brooklyn. It has an open floor plan with original fireplace, hardwood floors and soaring ceilings for modern, comfortable living. The large chef kitchen, which flows through to the dining room, features new appliances, a 6 burner stovetop, a wine refrigerator, and two dishwashers (meat and dairy). A large glass double door at the rear of the house opens to a patio and a unique 100 foot deep backyard, which is great for children or entertaining.
We are a block away from Congregation Kol Israel, a modern Orthodox synagogue, and a fifteen minute walk away from Kingston Avenue and all the kosher shopping in Crown Heights.
Our townhouse is located on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of Brooklyn. It is off of Franklin Avenue, one of the hippest streets in Brooklyn and the restaurant and bar mecca of the borough. You will be in walking distance to all of Brooklyn's greatest attractions-Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, The Brooklyn Children's Museum, Prospect Park Zoo, and the central library. The townhouse is two blocks from a metro hub serviced by 5 subway lines.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, vaulted ceiling, and a built-in window seat. Both upstairs bathrooms have heated floors and the townhouse is equipped with a security system. Every room has a ceiling fan and the backyard has a grill and a large outdoor table and chairs for dining and entertaining.
About the provider
We're a family of four and we are traveling to Israel for the summer. We've put our heart and soul into our home and hope to find a couple or family who will enjoy it as much as we do!

Religious life & Shabbat
Full set of meat and dairy dishes and silverware, pantry full of appliances - mixer, food processor, etc (mostly dairy). Full set of pots of pans, lots of utensils. We probably have more dairy stuff than meat - meat is a treat in our family, and mostly we eat dairy or vegetarian.
Hashkafically, we're a modern Orthodox family. We're not black hatters, but I feel comfortable inviting anyone over for a shabbos meal.
We're a block away from Congregation Kol Israel, a small but wonderful Orthodox community in a historic building. www.ckibrooklyn.org
