Get away on a real farm experience. Collect eggs once on your visit if you wish, watch the cows getting milked and more. Unique 2 bedroom apt. We have shul on our farm and often have minyanim. We are building a mikva and hope it will be up an running soon! Up to 6 people. 2 night minimum for Shabbos. Shomer Shabbos and Kosher. NOT TODDLER FRIENDLY with steep ladder to loft bedroom. We have friendly medium sized dog who may bark at newcomers and a couple of friendly cats around outside so if you are dog or animal-phobic this may not be for you.

We also have 2 other 2BR 1 bath Apts in our updated 1885 Farmhouse on our farm, one sleeps 6 and the other sleeps 8. All apartments are Kosher with Hot water urns and cholent pots and warming trays along with Meat & Dairy sets of pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils. Please keep in mind we rent out our apartments by the month or whole summer for July & August.

***Our son has a beautiful 3 bedroom little house within our ERUV a 7 minute walk from our home that sleeps 10.

MAKE THIS A FAMILY GET AWAY WITH TOTAL OF 30 BEDS (and even more if some boys would like to camp out on mattresses in the ladies section!)

About the provider

We are the empty nester owners of Pelleh Poultry & Bethel Creamery. Unless we or our neighbors have our grandchildren or other guests, there may not be children nearby for your children to play with though we do have a swing set and lots to look at. In the summer we do have one family of frum neighbors with children and lots at nearby bungalow colonies. We get up early and will not appreciate loud, late parties.

Only Glatt Kosher [preferrably Bais Yosef] and Cholav Yisroel in our apartment kitchen. Bring a few for a minyan and we can have Minyan on the Farm! Walk to other yeshivish & Chasidic minyanim 15 & 20 minutes in summer; 35 minute walk to minyan off season. We have granite counters and 2 stainless steel sinks. in one apartment. Other 2 apartments have 1 and 2 sinks respectively. Pelleh Poutry meat products and Bethel Creamery dairy products on premises available by advance order. 1.6 mile to nearest kosher grocery in the summer. 6 minute drive to larger kosher grocery in summer. During winter etc. 15 minute drive to Walmart and Shoprite or Lemonade Kosher Grocery in Liberty. Rugelach Bakery and Kosher Express in Monticello year round. NY. We are in process of building a Mikva on our Farm adjacent to our little shul that will be kosher for Nashim L'Kol Hadeios except it will be used by Men and will not have a bath. Other Women's Mikvos 1.6 mile walk away in summer; 15 minute drive to Monticello off season by appointment only.

Happy Ave is off 17b west of Monticello past white lake. We are actually 20 minutes from Swan Lake and the Swan Lake [rather than Bethel or Kuaneonga Lake] address has to do with the 911 system and postal service.
