Welcome To Our Beautiful Country Side Estate Pineville, Nestled In The Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty In South East Kent Close To Folkestone.

our estate is set in the Alkham valley, on top of a plane, surrounded by hundreds of acres of farm land and nature. dozens of bird species, buzzers, seagulls and the like visit our area throughout the year.

we get a constant breeze of fresh air from the coast just 5 miles away, and are open to the sunshine, having no hills surrounding us. the Pineville estate truly has its own weather temperature and is there to be enjoyed by our dear guests.

on entering our estate you will drive down the long driveway to the property that consists of a renovated outhouse from the Great Everden estate and our lovely pine chalet annexe.

the 1.5 acre of grounds are mainly flat, and boast a sunken hottub and seating area, kids area, lawns and shrubs.

the estate has a wraparound decking for outside seating and dining and is lit at night for evening enjoyment.

pineville itself consists of the pine chalet, with its sloping roof and warm wood feel, enveloping you in the countryside mood , dining rooms , lounge areas, 6 bedrooms , 6 bathrooms , kitchen, washroom, and large games room.
