The villa consists of two apartments in a two story house that can be utilized together for families or completely separate. It's 10 minutes away from shul, 5 minutes walk from mikveh. It's on higher ground, far from the mosquitos of the river (a famous plague of the Bodrog River).

This is a wonderful corner lot, with trees and nature around. Close to all amenities. A wonderful place to go when you want quiet and spiritual connection
