The highlight for Sukkot is the home's beautiful wood-panel sukkah, with seating for approximately 15 guests. There is plenty of room for comfortable family Yom Tov meals, hosting guests, and enjoying Chol Hamoed outdoors.

Inside, the home offers an unusually spacious and open layout with 10-foot ceilings and multiple living and entertaining areas. The large formal living room provides plenty of seating, while a separate family room offers another comfortable place for adults and children to relax. The generous layout gives a larger group room to spread out without feeling crowded.

The large kosher kitchen is designed for serious Yom Tov cooking and entertaining, with extensive cabinetry and counter space, granite countertops, full-size appliances, a large center island with seating, and an adjoining dining area. There is also a substantial walk-in pantry with plenty of room for Yom Tov groceries and supplies.
