About

Step inside and be instantly transformed into a state of calm relaxation with the soothing palette of crème and brown hues. With its open design, you will always be a part of the action. The formal living room, decorated with its artwork of tropical themes, is furnished with plush, comfy couches and chairs.

No need to search for seforim or siddurim, as they have been conveniently placed in the breakfront. The dining area has plenty of seating for your entire family and is within steps of the modern kitchen, complete with granite counters, espresso-toned wood cabinets, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. Stocked with all the basics for both fleishig and milk, you will want for nothing when it comes to meal prep.

The master bedroom features two full-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms offer full-size or twin beds with plenty of extra linens. The main bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for bathing little ones. A fourth room doubles as a fun playroom/den and an extra bedroom with a convertible leather sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and games.

Step outside to your private oasis featuring a seasonally heated in-ground pool, a separate Jacuzzi hot tub, a manicured lawn, and a gas BBQ grill for dining al fresco. Located in a beautiful, quiet Frum neighborhood within walking distance to local shuls, this villa is the ultimate de-stress getaway!
