My Kosher is a 4-star hotel that was missing in Italy, situated in Alba di Canazei, Trentino. This elegant and unique structure with a panoramic view of the majestic Dolomites is equipped with wellness area and offers special services.
Ours is the only boutique hotel in Canazei and in Italy with a full Kosher Mehadrin certification, designed to best accommodate all Jewish guests and not only. In fact, our hotel is intended for anyone who wishes to enjoy the luxury of a special vacation in a dream setting.

We offer you seven types to choose from, all equipped with many services at your disposal, including WI-FI line for your internet connection, satellite TV, safe, minibar, telephone and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Kashrut & dining
In our hotel we serve breakfast and dinner every day, proposing the best specialties of the Italian kosher tradition, according to the rules of the Jewish cuisine.
Breakfast is international, with a rich buffet including both sweet and savory dishes, which can also be used to prepare a packed lunch.
Lunch is only served during the Shabbat, Saturday, holiday and rest day, while a light lunch can be requested as an extra.
For dinner you can request changes to the menu: we will gladly meet special needs and diets, such as those of vegetarians, vegans, people suffering from intolerances and others. We are also flexible with children, who can eat before the opening hour of the restaurant, which is at 7.00 p.m. in winter and 7.30 p.m. in summer.
