Onsite synagogue with dedicated tefillah space. Full Shabbat program including Shabbat services, kiddush, and traditional Shabbat meals, followed by the Amador Causeway experience after Havdalah. Daily minyanim throughout the program.

Activities & entertainment

A full week of curated evening programming known as "Kosher Fest," featuring live entertainment, creative workshops, tastings, and community gatherings. Highlights include a Panamanian folkloric night in Casco Viejo, a live comedy and magic show, a chocolate and mixology experience, challah baking and karaoke, and a closing Amador Causeway night with bike rides, fireworks, and waterfront views. Daily excursions include the Panama Canal, Emberá Village, Monkey Island, a beach day, and a Casco Viejo city and museum tour. Optional add-on experiences include a Jewish Heritage Tour, Causeway Bike Tour, Biomuseo visit, Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute, Sloth Sanctuary, ATV Adventure, Zipline Experience, and a private fishing charter.
