General information

DOMA Land + Sea is a chic, Modern American Steakhouse located in the heart of Cedarhurst on Long Island, NY. The globally-inspired restaurant showcases the finest cuts from the land and the freshest catches from the sea, while successfully extending extraordinary cuisine and superior service to an array of palates.

The word “doma” translates loosely to “house or dwelling” in Russian and Latin, and is evident in the design of the space. Each area is intuitive of one’s home and offers the most intimate dining experience.

The swank atmosphere is illuminated with hundreds of Edison lightbulbs, while walls are adorned with bright and stimulating pieces from the collection of rising pop artist, Elizabeth Sutton.

Executive Chef Oscar Martinez sweeps guests away on an epicurean adventure while manning the Grillworks Infierno wood grill. High-end cuts of USDA-grade meat are dry-aged in-house and sushi is hand-rolled to order. Desserts are mesmerizing is both taste and presentation.
