Lieder's Take-out & Catering is under the strict Kosher supervision of the OK under the direction of Rabbi Don Yoel Levy Z"L.
Lieder's is owned and operated by a Shomer Shabbos family.
There is a Kosher Supervisor (Mashgiach Temidi) present at all hours of operation.
• All lettuce and vegetables are meticulously washed and checked to ensure that there is no infestation. Our Broccoli & Cauliflower products are made from frozen Bodek Brand.
• All eggs are checked for blood spots.
• All of our meats are Glatt Kosher (Chassidish Shechita) and Bet Yosef. Lubavitch Shechita is also available upon request. Please request when making your order. Our Quality Meats and Poultry are sourced from Alle Meats, Agri Meats, Tevya's Ranch, Meal Mart, KJ & Solomon's Glatt.
• All breads are Pas Yisroel.

Established in Los Angeles 2009.

History

David Lieder followed his true calling into the catering business shortly after moving to LA. David was asked by a local Rabbi to cater the Synagogue's Friday Night Communal Shabbat Dinner back in May of 2009, and demand for his Gourmet Shabbat Delicacies has not let him rest since then. He continues to serve the greater LA community with his latest project - Lieder's Take-out & Catering store, on Pico blvd, in the heart of LA's Jewish Community.

Meet the Business Owner:

David Lieder opened LA's 1st Shabbos Take-out Retail Store in 2014, in the Pico-Robertson Area. Lieder's 2nd location, on La Brea Ave opened in late 2017.

Lieder's was a revolutionary in the Los Angeles Kosher food scene and in the few months after launching, Lieder's became a household name when it comes to Shabbos Food & takeout.

From the variety of over 30 Salads/Dips to the Full Buffet Display of Prepared Meats, Chicken & Sides.

Lieder's is a 1 stop Shabbos shop.
