There is a huge selection of kosher products including freshly baked bread, biscuits, cakes, cheese, our own famous smoked salmon, a variety of herrings, hummus dips, meat poultry and a large selection of deli products cooked in our kitchens.

Our gefilte fish are legendary, our salt beef has been described by The Herald as the best in the city. Our haggis is exported all over the world. Try our sausage rolls, steak pies, cholent, latkies, tsimmes, and lots more traditional haimashe cooking.

We make a large variety of healthy salads including our signature crunchy noodle salad, coleslaw, potato salad, pasta salad, Israeli salad, cherry tomato salad, cauliflower broccoli salad.

Our kitchen is completely dairy free. There are no dairy products in anything made in our kitchen

Try our famous hot salt beef sandwich or our falafel served with secret falafel sauce. Our Jewish Penicillin (chicken soup) is like what your grandma used to make! We've mastered the parev cappuccino (dairy free) and our strudel is particularly yummy!

Mark's Deli can prepare delicious food for any occasion. From a packed lunch to a gourmet buffet. Our chefs have prepared food for some of Scotland's top hotels including Gleneagles and the Hilton Hotels in Scotland. We supplied all the kosher food for the Commonwealth Games in 2014.

We can cater for all dietary requirements including gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, sugar free, dairy free.

About the provider

Owned by Mark Cohen, he is the 4th generation of his family to own a kosher establishment.

Mark's mother is Doreen Cohen of Simcha Catering, Glasgow's finest kosher caterer for over 30 years. His great aunt, known to all as "˜Auntie Annie' owned Cohen's Deli in the Gorbals and later in Giffnock, and his great great aunt was the legendary Sophie Geneen, who ran Geneen's restaurant and hotel in the Gorbals.
