The La Escudilla kosher restaurant is located in the Madrid neighborhood of Chamberí, next to the Beth Yaacov synagogue. The restaurant has been run by the Susana family since 2002. The Susana family also runs a butcher shop on Calle Medellín number 13, a butcher shop that supplies all the restaurant's meat products. All meats have the highest quality certificate Glatt Kosher.
The roots of its culinary offer are Sephardic and North African. All the products of both the butcher shop and the restaurant, pass the controls of the Rabbi of Madrid and guarantee their adequacy to the Kashrut.
