The Kosher Pickle FOOD TRUCK
✡ COR Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

About Check menu board on the truck for daily menu
This traffic-stopping mama-vehicle loaded with mouth-drooling deli creations of all kinds will take you beyond gluttonous ecstasy and on to nourishment of a different kind!
The trick to an efficient food truck is ensuring a quick turnaround of orders. For this reason we limit the amount of items we go out with per day. Currently, our signature items are the Wilensky sandwich, Pulled Beef sandwich, Fire Poppers, Fries and, occasionally, our loaded Gourmet Hotdog. We do intend on introducing new items, so stay in the loop and check our website from time to time.
We love doing private events, such as corporate lunches and parties, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs, wedding after-parties etc. Please keep in mind that a private event comes with the truck and a few staff. Therefore, for smaller events, a truck and staff fee may apply.

Home · Contact · List your business About this listing The Kosher Pickle brings a unique and mobile dining experience to the Jewish community of Toronto. Operating as a COR-certified food truck, this establishment focuses on high-quality deli favorites served in a fast-paced, street-food format. Specializing in meaty, protein-forward creations, the truck provides an alternative to traditional brick-and-mortar kosher restaurants, offering locals and tourists a chance to enjoy gourmet deli items on the go. The concept is built around a "quick-turnaround" philosophy, ensuring that diners can receive fresh, hot food without the long wait times often associated with sit-down establishments.
As a mobile vendor, The Kosher Pickle has become a recognizable sight in neighborhoods throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Whether it is stationed near major Jewish residential hubs or at a high-traffic community event, the truck serves as a gathering point for those looking for a reliable and delicious kosher meal. By prioritizing a focused menu, they ensure that each sandwich and side dish is prepared with high standards of quality and flavor.
About the area Toronto boasts a robust Jewish population with a heavy concentration along the Bathurst Street corridor, extending from the downtown core up through North York and into Thornhill. The Kosher Pickle operates within this geographic context, frequently moving between key areas where kosher-observant residents live and work. Because the truck is mobile, its location provides flexibility for those who may not always be near the city's main kosher dining districts.
The Jewish infrastructure in Toronto is extensive, featuring well-regarded institutions such as the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre downtown and the Prosserman JCC further north. While the truck changes its location daily, it often services areas within easy reach of major community landmarks, including established schools and yeshivas. This mobility allows the business to bring COR-certified meat options directly to different segments of the community, from office workers in need of a quick lunch to families attending local festivals.
