About the provider
We started in the periphery, expanded to the center, and today the hummus chain is a well-known institution whose branches are visited by visitors from all over the country who also chose us as one of the 100 best hummus in Israel.
We make our chickpeas instead from fine raw materials, which give it a special velvety texture and delicate taste.
Our menu includes Egyptian beans, hot chickpeas, masbaha, roasted pine nuts, hot mushroom stew, special tahini, red shakshuka, crispy falafel balls, fresh French fries and a well-chopped vegetable salad - we suggest you wipe them all with hot pitas- mother in law. Do not forget to also try the "chickpeas shakshuka" for which people come to us from afar. In the new branch in Ramat Gan, you can enjoy it unique to us, hummus asado. Chickpeas with chunks of beef or chicken asado, uniquely cooked for hours with South American seasoning topped with chimichurri and salsa. You can rinse all of these with fresh juices like the lemonade, which we squeeze here instead.
Finally, we prepare desserts for you, such as Malabi, a hot chocolate cake. All branches are kosher under the supervision of the local rabbinate. Our kitchen is open, and you should take a look. You can also order all our packages to your home through our delivery service. You are welcome to us for delicious hummus in a homely atmosphere, every day except Saturday.

What to expect A visit to this hummus bar promises an authentic Israeli dining experience anchored by fresh ingredients and warm hospitality. The menu revolves around various iterations of chickpeas, cooked until tender and processed into a smooth, velvety paste. One of the standout specialties that draws crowds from across the region is the "chickpea shakshuka," a hearty fusion of two classic Middle Eastern dishes.
Side dishes are prepared with equal attention to detail. Expect to find crispy, golden falafel balls, freshly cut French fries, and a finely chopped vegetable salad that provides a refreshing contrast to the rich tahini. Every meal is served with "mother-in-law" style hot pitas, designed for "wiping" the plates clean in the traditional manner.
