The smoking time and the type of wood used (spicy, resinous, musky or fruity) will make the taste oscillate between frank notes and more delicate flavors.

To complete this fine selection of smoked meats and fish, the kémias to share and the sides are deliberately focused around vegetables and Mediterranean inspirations.

Of course, the selection of raw materials has been carefully sourced and they are freshly delivered every day.
