Jerusalem & Fuego are the premier kosher dining destinations in Cozumel. Jerusalem offers a high-energy atmosphere with Israeli favorites like falafel, hummus, and schnitzel—perfect for a quick lunch between dives or cruise stops. Fuego elevates the experience with a sophisticated meat menu, featuring premium cuts of steak and local Caribbean-fusion flavors. Both restaurants serve as a hub for travelers, providing a reliable and delicious way to keep kosher while enjoying the tropical paradise of Cozumel.
About the provider
Chabad of Cozumel was established in 2008 to serve the massive influx of Jewish travelers to the island. Recognizing that food is the heart of the travel experience, the restaurant was designed to provide not just meals, but a place of gathering and celebration for over 150,000 Jewish visitors who pass through Cozumel annually.
Kashrut & dining
All meat is Glatt Kosher and all bread is Pas Yisroel. The kitchen is under the strict and constant supervision of Rabbi Dudi Caplin. We utilize high-quality imported products alongside fresh local produce to maintain the highest Mehadrin standards in the region.
