Founded in 2011, Chabad Pedro has become the central hub for the thousands of Jewish travelers who visit Lake Atitlán every year. We take pride in providing high-quality, delicious kosher food in one of the most remote and beautiful locations in the world.

All meat is Glatt Kosher. All products are Pas Yisroel and Bishul Yisroel.

Sunday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Closes early for Shabbat prep)

Saturday: Closed for regular restaurant service (Open for pre-booked Shabbat lunch)

Shabbat & Prayer Times (March/April 2026):

Friday Night: Candle lighting at 5:58 PM. Kabbalat Shabbat at 6:50 PM followed by Dinner at 7:30 PM.

Shabbat Day: Shacharit at 10:00 AM followed by Kiddush/Lunch at 12:45 PM.

Passover 2026 Special Schedule (April 1 – 9, 2026):

1st Seder (Wednesday, April 1): 7:15 PM

2nd Seder (Thursday, April 2): 8:00 PM

Holiday Lunches: Daily at 1:30 PM

Mashiach’s Feast (Thursday, April 9): 5:00 PM
