Established in 1987 by Rabbi Yehoshua and Chana Goldman, Beit Lubavitch began as a pioneering effort to bring a vibrant Jewish life to Rio de Janeiro. What started in a small house has grown into a world-class, seven-story center in the heart of Leblon.
Our Kosher Bakery & Takeout was born from the mission to ensure that no Jewish traveler—whether here for a beach holiday, business, or the Olympics—ever has to compromise on their dietary standards. Managed by our dedicated team (including Mrs. Karen and Mrs. Rose), our kitchen serves as the "Central Station" for kosher food in Rio.
We specialize in high-quality, Glatt Kosher meals and artisanal baked goods. From our signature fresh Challah to our specialized "Shabbat in a Box" delivery service, we combine professional culinary standards with the warmth of a home-cooked meal.
