About AÏKO: The dishes are made with fresh and seasonal products, meticulously selected to satisfy us. You can feel the passion in every dish. Classic recipes are revisited with creativity and innovation. At each stage, we were even more surprised. Asian traditions and ingredients are respected from appetizers to desserts. They are generous with the portions, from the start we were full. We started with fried Gyoza, Spicy panko tofu fritters, and salmon sandwiches. It was a delight! The tasting took place in 4 stages, appetizers first and then fresh dishes. Then we moved on to their specialties, the hot dishes. Ruben loved the sea bream and I loved the noodles, which were enormous. The noodles were huge, it was wow! And we finished with delicious mochis.
