Today I'm taking you to Café Diane in Jerusalem, a real gem that has just opened its doors. There you can find lots of good things like iced coffees to refresh you, just excellent pastries that you can offer to loved ones or to yourself, magnificent cakes for birthdays or Shabbat. But also sandwiches for your lunch breaks. Well, now you know me, you know I hate butter so I stuck to the bassari pastries and sandwiches and left the halavi to others. We were all won over by the freshness, the sweetness and the taste. The sandwich was super good and it was especially the baguette that I loved, as a good Parisian baguette fan I was a little scared, but in all transparency there was no difference with the one from Paris.
