ImerSion is a restaurant where each of our senses is overwhelmed: hearing, sight, smell, touch and especially taste. It all starts in front of a hotel where a shuttle awaits us to take us to a hidden, mysterious place. We board without really knowing where we are going. And from that moment on, the magic happens, the journey begins. We are no longer in a restaurant but on a plane, ready to discover the flavors from the 4 corners of the world. We are only about twenty to live this extraordinary experience and that makes the adventure much more intimate and unique. First stop: New York. They bring us a chicken burger and the flavors explode like the city itself: vibrant and exquisite. Then it's off to Japan: this time we opt for delicacy, refinement and balance. A big favorite for the ramen spiced with zucchini, it was a delight. Then the journey continues to Brazil and the atmosphere changes completely. This time we are offered asado tacos with chili. And just like Rio, it's a fireworks display for the palate. To honor this incredible city, we had to party. I'll leave you for a few moments with the images. As you will have understood, this is not a simple ImerSion restaurant: we dance, we play, we sing and we eat. In Venice, everything becomes more poetic and in Paris much more romantic with its tournedos rossini and its lightly truffled mashed potatoes. We really feel the elegance of French gastronomy. And to finish in style, head to Las Vegas for a lemon-based dessert. ImerSion is an experience that reinvents gastronomy while playing with our senses. With ImerSion, you taste with your mind before tasting with your palate.
